Project Leader Opportunity

A seasoned professional is sought after to spearhead projects from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with expertise in methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, fostering effective collaboration, and driving projects forward through strategic planning and resource allocation.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute project plans, milestones, and timelines to meet business objectives.
  • Leverage expertise in risk management, issue escalation, and conflict resolution to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of working experience, with at least 8 years of project management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale software projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of risk, fraud, originations, and customer onboarding domains.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification, such as Scrum Master or SAFe.
