Software Development Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead software development initiatives and drive successful project delivery from conception to deployment.">About the Position:
  • This role involves leading end-to-end project management for software development initiatives and technical deliverables
  • Facilitating agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning
  • Coordinating activities across development, QA, DevOps, and design teams to ensure seamless delivery
Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for complex technical projects
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery
  • Serving as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Establishing and maintaining project documentation, requirements, and technical specifications
  • Driving process improvements and implementing best practices for development workflows
  • Managing resource allocation and workload distribution across development teams
  • Coordinating release activities and deployment schedules with engineering teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 3+ years of project management experience in software development environments
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and development platforms
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
Techincal Skills:
  • Jira/Azure DevOps
  • Git and version control systems
  • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
  • Agile project management frameworks
  • Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace
  • Project tracking and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
  • Previous experience as a software developer or in a technical role
