Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

About the Role

This is a highly sought-after position for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee all stages of software development, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

  • Provide technical guidance, conduct code/design reviews, and enforce quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements in the capital markets domain.
Technical Expertise

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Lead architecture, design, and development of web-based enterprise applications using Java (JSP, Struts, EJB).
  • Review and approve designs, technical specifications, and architecture artifacts.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, design patterns, and maintainability.
  • Drive event-driven architecture implementation for real-time systems.
  • Integrate and deploy on IBM WAS, Apache, Tomcat, and Windows environments.
Application Development & Maintenance

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving development using JSP, Struts, EJB, and event-driven architecture.
  • Overseeing integration and deployment on IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), Tomcat, Apache.
  • Implementing messaging and event processing using IBM MQ.
Platform Management

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing core modules such as Investor and Broker eServices Platforms, Electronic Contract Note (ECN) Management, Securities Settlements and Depository Applications, and Corporate Actions.
DevOps and QA

The role requires:

  • Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Anchoring the QA team for test strategy, QA reviews, and quality compliance.
Governance and Reviews

The successful candidate must:

  • Conduct design and code reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
