Job Title: Project Executive

We are seeking a seasoned project executive to lead our projects from initiation to completion.

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure 100% of Projects WBS updates in ERP on regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Responsible for managing projects within stipulated timelines and budgets.
  • Monthly Reporting: Provide monthly reports to senior management about project execution.
  • Process Improvements: Work on process improvements, SOPs/checklists, policies, and team development.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, develop vendors, and ensure ESG compliance.

Requirements:

  • 18-22 years of experience in project management, preferably in engineering or related discipline.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of industry standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with design software and tools.
  • Experience with commercial/SOW-related issues, including contract and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
