About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Architect to join our expanding team in Mumbai. As part of the founding leadership team, you will drive and manage the technical delivery of prestigious architectural projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of project oversight, organization, and client coordination while ensuring delivery to global quality standards. You will work closely with international studios, collaborating on high-profile projects across Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics.

As a Senior Project Architect, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the design team and client meetings to ensure project success
  • Maintaining day-to-day client project contact and managing client relationships
  • Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Managing project-related financials and resourcing data in our internal project management software
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and maintaining the Project Quality Control System

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline)
  • Registration as an Architect in India
  • 8-12 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
  • Experience in large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues
