Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a detailed project plan, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Manage change control processes, oversee project execution, and mitigate risks.

    ">">

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate BOM structures, ECN workflows, and product data governance.

    ">">

  • Ensure seamless integration between Windchill and SAP NSP/ECC systems.

    ">">

  • Manage vendor relationships and enforce Service Level Agreements.

    ">">

  • Lead steering committees, executive reporting, RAID log ownership, and cross-vendor governance.

    ">">

  • Drive organizational change management and ensure successful adoption of new systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">

  • 8+ years of experience leading IT projects in matrixed environments.

    ">">

  • Deep knowledge of PLM platforms (preferably PTC Windchill), PDM processes, and Quality Management Systems.

    ">">

  • Strong communication and governance skills, including experience with steering committees and executive reporting.

    ">">

  • Ability to influence and engage teams, with a hands-on leadership style.

    ">">

  • Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM/Advanced ScrumMaster, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and DevOps methodologies.
