We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and closure according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves leading both internal teams and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects in line with the company's strategic goals. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients and the internal team, managing expectations, and maintaining responsibility for all project deliverables.

  • Manage client expectations and maintain effective communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and associated documents estimating resources and participants needed and overseeing the project lifecycle using defined methodologies.
  • Plan schedule and track project timelines milestones and resources ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope identify potential crises devise contingency plans document all blockers changes and risks and maintain a centralized tracker accessible to the client.
  • Define project success criteria conduct post-mortems create recommendation reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Direct work experience in a project management capacity including all aspects of process development and execution on SFCC platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with project management and release management software such as Microsoft Project ServiceNow JIRA or similar tools.
  • Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies across a broad range of solutions with a focus on release management processes and methodologies.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal and operational skill sets to facilitate collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment managing both project and release schedules.
  • Extensive experience with project management practices and tools to create manage and track project performance deliverables and outcomes including release cycles.
