**Job Title:** Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring smooth workflow in our enterprise Data Management Operations team.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise as a Scrum Master within enterprise environments, particularly within application development, enterprise migrations, or data warehouse/data engineering Agile teams.

We are focused on ensuring timely delivery for large enterprise data warehouse migration projects that involve transitioning from Teradata to Azure data warehouse.

Your success will depend on your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure smooth workflow
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an enterprise level software release environment
  • Agile and/or SAFe expertise and best practices
  • Prior experience working in a Data Analytics organization and/or managing data engineering/data science teams
  • Proficiency in ADO and basic SQL skills (MS Access acceptable)

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Agile certified or SCRUM Certified or SAFE Certified
  • IT Project Manager expertise (focus in SW development)
  • Working knowledge of MS Azure stack (Databricks, Data Factory, etc)
