Agile Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Project Manager to lead our software development initiatives and manage the entire product development lifecycle.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Agile Project Manager, where you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams through both Project Management and Scrum Master roles to deliver high-quality projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models.

  • Manage the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Cordinate with distributed teams including Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming.

You will also be responsible for collaborating closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Champion software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design.
  • Leverage working knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions and support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 13-16 years of experience in leading Agile software development initiatives and managing the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Experience in both Project Management and Scrum Master roles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
