Expert BIM Project Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM project lead to oversee the execution of projects from planning to delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, with excellent leadership and coordination skills.

  • Lead project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms.
  • Support recruitment activities and deliver technical orientation sessions for new hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
