The BIM/Revit leader will spearhead the strategic implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) at our Mumbai office, overseeing the local Revit-capable team and managing BIM execution processes.
This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape the BIM/Revit function for a newly established office, collaborating with global BIM experts across Europe and Latin America.
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), implementing ISO 19650 workflows and certification.
- Manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the Mumbai office.
- Drive implementation of group BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level.
- Lead staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM practices.
- Coordinate and manage project BIM deliverables, reducing errors and delays.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Office Head to support recruitment, training, and upskilling of the Revit-capable team, ensuring the highest standards of BIM quality, innovation, and efficiency across projects.

Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for BIM-related issues in Mumbai, liaising with the global BIM leadership.
- Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 certification.
- Overseeing BIM-related software license renewals and allocations.
- Representing BIM expertise in office meetings, audits, and client coordination.
- Contributing to innovation in BIM workflows and fostering cross-office collaboration.
We seek an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, ideally with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction company. A proven understanding of ISO 19650 implementation and compliance is essential, along with strong leadership skills to align and guide a local BIM/Revit team.
A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or relevant Built Environment disciplines is required, as well as Indian qualification with minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
Prior experience working with international client organisations is an advantage, and fluency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory.
