As a highly skilled Delivery Manager, you will lead project delivery teams, onboard talented professionals, and ensure successful project completions for diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple customer-driven telecom projects focusing on delivering solutions utilizing cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems expertise.
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery meeting client expectations by overseeing project timelines, resources, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and management of specialists in software development, cloud solutions, and embedded systems, ensuring optimal team composition and performance.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Implement best practices in cloud architecture and DevOps to enhance infrastructure and application deployment strategies specific to telecom environments.
  • Guide the team in adopting new technologies and methodologies to improve project outcomes and drive business growth.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication of project progress.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management within the IT and telecom sectors, with a focus on cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams in high-pressure environments.
