Key Role: Scrum Master + Business Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Practitioner to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

You will also be working closely with the team, business, and stakeholders to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.

In addition to your Scrum Master skills, we are looking for someone with strong Business Analysis expertise. This includes collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data warehouse and data services projects.

You will work with data architects, engineers, and QA to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your Scrum Master and Business Analysis skills in a single role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Optional but good to have - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
