Drive AI strategy and innovation in the insurance industry as a Senior Vice President

We are seeking an experienced leader to develop and execute large-scale AI initiatives, driving business growth and improving customer experience.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, leadership skills, and domain knowledge with the ability to engage stakeholders and represent the organization as a thought leader in AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute AI strategy across core insurance functions: underwriting, claims, fraud, pricing, customer experience
  • Lead global teams of 50+ Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, and Cloud Specialists:
  • Architect, design, and deliver LLM-powered solutions using OpenAI, LangChain, Falcon, Dolly, LLaMA, and similar frameworks:
  • Establish AI governance, ethical AI practices, and compliance frameworks:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 20+ years in IT, including 10+ years in AI/ML and at least 3 years in Generative AI
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Python, PySpark, SQL, ML/DL architectures (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM, GRU, AutoEncoders)
  • Proficiency with Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, ChromaDB, Falcon, Dolly, LLaMA, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kedro)
  • Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, and GCP
  • Business acumen to translate insurance requirements into AI-driven solutions

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP – PMI)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist & Azure AI Engineer
  • IBM-Coursera Data Science Professional
  • Scaled Agile (SAFe) Practitioner
