Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to support Agile software development teams.

This role involves facilitating collaboration between cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery aligned with Agile principles and practices.

  • Coordinate Agile software development projects by supporting Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure timely delivery of sprint goals and project milestones.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal Agile teams (developers, testers, UX/UI designers, etc.) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, partners) to align on project objectives and requirements.
  • Maintain and distribute Agile project documentation including sprint plans, product backlogs, user stories, sprint review notes, and retrospectives.
  • Track sprint progress, impediments, and dependencies; escalate issues and coordinate resolution to maintain sprint velocity and delivery timelines.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in project coordination or management, with at least 3 years in Agile software development environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities: Coordinating Agile software development projects, Facilitating communication and collaboration, Maintaining and distributing project documentation, Tracking sprint progress, Ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
