Job Title: Integration Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced integration delivery professional to oversee the end-to-end delivery of integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and technical standards.

The ideal candidate will combine project management expertise with system integration knowledge to drive strategic delivery across our global IT ecosystem. Key responsibilities include demand management, project leadership, stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, methodology implementation, risk management, team leadership, and quality assurance.

  • Demand Management: Establish and manage the demand management process for initiatives/projects that require integration with our digital backbone.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, effectively managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budget, and technology assets, to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Methodology & Process: Implement and refine agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, mentoring and coaching team members, providing constructive feedback, and supporting professional development.
