Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Delivery Specialist to play a crucial role in the integration of building information models across various projects. The successful candidate will utilize technical expertise and exceptional skills to ensure seamless digital project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage BIM implementation across multiple projects ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop, update, and maintain BIM protocols, Execution Plans, and documentation to enhance team efficiency.
  • Analyze and implement BIM Client Requirements and Execution Plans for deliverables to meet customer expectations.
  • Communicate best practices and workflows among team members.
  • Provide primary technical support for BIM-related matters including Revit project production and standard library objects.
  • Liaise with BIM Specialists, Modelers, Leads, and Managers to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary models and lead a team of CAD/Revit Modelers.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards for shop drawings.
  • Utilize Navisworks tools for review, QC, and documentation to streamline processes.
  • Perform QA/QC before deliverables to guarantee high-quality output.
  • Offer one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows as required.
  • Monitor team compliance with BIM standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct project studies and explain them to modelers to enhance knowledge sharing.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding project issues ensuring timely resolutions.

Essential Competencies/Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in design, drafting, and BIM management on large-scale projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
  • Experience with Navis for Coordination.
  • Technical knowledge of MEP services.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and solve problems efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and responsible individual.
