Business Development Representative for Luxury Brand

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to join our team at 2coms in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your sales skills and drive revenue growth for our luxury brand.
About the Role
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, exceeding sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- They will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication, active listening, and empathy.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and improve overall business performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and product information to inform future sales efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and resolve any operational challenges that may arise.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
- A strong understanding of luxury branding, product features, and benefits, as well as market trends and competitor activity.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and adapt to changing business requirements.
