Position Overview:
We seek a highly skilled Sales & Executive Support Manager to take ownership of outbound sales efforts, CRM management, Linked In content creation, and executive support for our CEO. This is a structured role that will drive new business opportunities, streamline sales operations, and ensure seamless handovers to our onboarding team.

The ideal candidate will be confident in leading outbound sales through Amplemarket (or an equivalent tool), ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects. They will also manage the CEO's Linked In presence, writing daily thought leadership posts to generate engagement, intrigue, and leads. Additionally, they will oversee CRM updates, attend all CEO sales meetings, track action points, and ensure sales processes run efficiently.

They will also handle select inbound calls where prospects appear too small, assessing their potential before passing them on or closing the loop. This is a structured role with clear deliverables, requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and proactive execution.
