Human Resources Strategic Partner

About this role:

As a Human Resources Strategic Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation and execution of people-related initiatives. You will collaborate with various HR functions to ensure integrated solutions and contribute to enhancing HR processes and frameworks to support employee development and organizational growth.

Main responsibilities:

  • Partner with the HR team to resolve employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Support workforce planning, talent reviews, employee engagement surveys, and HR analytics projects.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform HR programs and decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR processes.
  • Identify capability gaps and work with L&D to implement relevant training and development programs.
  • Assist in succession planning, career development, and change management initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Proven experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments; experience in technology, renewable energy, or similar sectors is preferred.
