About this role:

You will serve as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) and champion the values of our organization. This is a pivotal position in fostering a positive work environment while driving innovative human resources initiatives to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and counsel to leaders and employees on company policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
  • Coaching employees and resolving employee relations matters with empathy and professionalism.
  • Facilitating skip-level meetings to address employee concerns and grievances effectively.
  • Collaborating with leaders on various human resources processes including performance management, talent management, capability development, and succession planning.
  • Designing, planning, and executing engagement programs to enhance employee morale and team cohesion.
  • Fostering a culture of high performance by providing support and guidance to employees.

Requirements for success:

  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to engage employees and managers at all levels.
  • Proven experience in handling employee grievances and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Familiarity with industry requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on accountability and delivering outcomes.
  • Experience in human resources with knowledge of performance management, compensation, and benefits, and talent management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Humble, collaborative, with high emotional intelligence.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good understanding of data analysis.
