Job Title:
A Senior Human Resources Manager with expertise in leading HR Shared Services teams to deliver exceptional service excellence.

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to lead our HR Shared Services team. As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality HR services to clients. Your leadership skills and expertise in HR processes and systems will enable you to drive business outcomes and improve service quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and manage a team of HR Shared Services professionals to deliver exceptional service excellence
• Develop and implement strategies to improve HR service delivery and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process improvements and service quality
• Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize productivity and quality standards

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Proven experience in Japanese language proficiency with JLPT N2 certification or higher
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role demonstrating strong team management skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and systems advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
