Executive Chef

**Key Responsibilities**
As the Director of Kitchen Operations at Gamut HR Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen functions, including food purchasing, preparation, and maintenance of quality standards.
Your expertise in traditional south Indian cuisine will be a valuable asset in planning and managing food preparation in our restaurant/cloud kitchens. You will direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, and desserts.
In addition, you will plan and price menu items, order supplies, and maintain records and accounts. Your supervisory skills will be essential in leading a team of cooks and ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly.
**Requirements**
* Expertise in traditional south Indian cuisine, with a focus on porota, sadhya, and south Indian desserts
* Strong leadership and supervisory skills
* Ability to plan and manage food preparation in a fast-paced kitchen environment
