Memory Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Memory Design Engineer to join our team. This role will involve designing and verifying custom memory architectures, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and verify full custom memory architectures, including SRAM and other types of memory.
  • Develop execution plans, design quality plans, and reports.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Perform physical verification flow debug, including DRC, LVS, DFM, PERC, ERC, EM, and IR checks.
  • Optimize layouts for yield enhancement and manufacturing robustness.
  • Debug silicon failures and identify layout-related issues.
  • Develop detailed and optimized physical layouts for memory cells, arrays, and peripheral circuits using Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys Custom Compiler.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in full custom memory design and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with SRAM leafcell GDS from scratch to top-level integration.
  • Expertise in working with advanced nodes (TSMC: 7nm/5nm/3nm).
  • Proficient in Cadence Virtuoso layout editor and Caliber Physical Verification Flow.
  • Experience with Synopsys Custom Compiler is a plus.
  • Understanding and knowledge of good layout practices in lower process nodes like 7nm and 5nm.
  • Expertise in working on FinFET architecture and challenges such as variability and manufacturability.
