About the Role:

This is an opportunity for a skilled and experienced AEM professional to join our team as a Senior Web Content Architect.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its core components, including multi-site/multi-channel delivery, personalization, content aggregation, multilingual support, automated workflows, and social media integration.

As a Senior Web Content Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying web content solutions using AEM. This includes evaluating business needs, proposing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful implementation.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess strong client-facing communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate infrastructure, assess capacity, and plan for scalability.
  • Translate business requirements into effective AEM solutions.
  • Provide solution architecture for AEM implementations and third-party integrations.
  • Mentor teams while contributing hands-on to design and development.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years in Java/J2EE solution design and deployment.
  • 5+ years of core experience in Adobe AEM or similar WCM/ECM product suite.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS Design, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM, and Social Collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with XML, XHTML, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, JSP, RESTful services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Day CQ foundational concepts.
  • Ability to act as Scrum Master in Agile environments.
