We're seeking an experienced developer to join our fast-paced websites team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled frontend developer with expertise in delivering high-quality web solutions.

The Websites team is responsible for building CMS systems that power client websites, handling millions of hits weekly. In this dynamic environment, you'll work closely with the middleware development teams, SEO, and content teams to create best-in-class websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and implement enterprise content solutions using AEM-based technologies
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical issues, and defects in AEM implementations, optimizing solutions for efficiency
  • Develop innovative product features, leveraging Java, Sling, OSGi, and other AEM-specific technologies
  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end features in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), creating custom components, services, and integrations to meet business needs
  • Work on Springboot applications and AWS, managing CI/CD pipelines
  • Conduct code reviews, adhering to strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse
  • Utilize REST APIs or GraphQL to load data efficiently
  • Mentor team members, participate in pair programming and extreme programming

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing development teams with strong Java and AEM knowledge
  • Strong experience as a senior frontend developer in AEM implementations
  • A solid understanding of Java, AEM's architecture, JCR, Sling, and OSGi, Services, Components, Dispatcher, caching systems, along with the ability to integrate AEM with third-party services
  • Front-end skills, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Spring Boot, and AWS expertise are pluses
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer-centricity, and effective interaction with clients and team members
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
