Cloud Infrastructure Architect Role

  • We are seeking a seasoned cloud expert to lead the delivery and growth of our cloud practice, providing strategic advisory services and driving business performance through data-driven recommendations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud platforms, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Key responsibilities include defining cloud solutions, executing internal processes, and driving the delivery of cloud projects from concept to deployment.
  • They will apply non-functional requirements and technical knowledge in the cloud domain to drive the design of robust solutions.
  • The successful candidate will also serve as a primary point of contact between our teams and senior client stakeholders during the discovery process.
  • In addition, they will build the capability of the cloud practice and enable it to effectively manage and deliver cloud-based solutions.
  • Manage a team and be responsible for their performance and career progression.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on Microsoft Azure/AWS.
  • Experience working within software development.
  • Working knowledge of software development tools or DevOps methodologies.
  • History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises.
  • Demonstrated presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers.

Key Competencies and Skills:

  • Domain Knowledge on Microsoft Azure/ AWS Cloud Platforms.
  • Must have worked Cloud Cost Control or FINOPS Framework.
  • Must have knowledge of platform implementation methodology.
  • Proven work experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role.
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners.
