Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design, project planning, and technical oversight. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in [software/systems/building] architecture, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for innovation and quality. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, sustainable, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex systems/projects.
  • Define and document technical standards, design principles, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into architectural blueprints.
  • Review and validate architecture solutions to ensure alignment with business goals and technical strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and technical staff.
  • Perform architectural risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and tools for inclusion in the architecture roadmap.
  • Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, and maintainability of systems.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and diagrams.
  • Participate in strategic planning and long-term technology road mapping.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in [software/system/building] architecture or related roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level architectural solutions.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design patterns and frameworks.
  • Proficiency with [relevant tools, platforms, or languages – e.g., AWS, Azure, Microservices, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup etc.].
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Architect, LEED) are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
