**Introduction**:
As a Junior Architect, you'll be an integral part of our architectural team, contributing to the design and development of various projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior architects, engineers, and clients to bring architectural visions to life. We are seeking a creative and motivated individual with a passion for design and architecture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with senior architects to create innovative and functional design solutions.
- Prepare architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using CAD software.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning and design.
- Research and incorporate sustainable design principles into projects.
- Assist in the coordination of project activities with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Participate in design meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to architecture.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
