As a Junior Architect, you will play a vital role in the design and planning stages of architectural projects. Collaborating with senior architects and project teams, your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at contributing to the successful execution of various architectural endeavors. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain practical experience, develop technical skills, and contribute to the creative and innovative aspects of architectural design.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Assistance**: Collaborate with senior architects to contribute to the creation and development of architectural designs, including schematic drawings, renderings, and design concepts.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in the coordination of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- **Drafting and Documentation**: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- **Site Analysis**: Participate in site analysis and assessments to gather relevant information for project development, considering factors such as topography, climate, and local regulations.
- **Research**: Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and design trends to stay updated on industry advancements and contribute innovative ideas to projects.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts through visual presentations, written documentation, and verbal discussions within the project team and with clients.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to integrate various elements into cohesive and functional designs.
- **Code Compliance**: Familiarize yourself with local building codes and regulations, ensuring that designs adhere to legal requirements and obtaining necessary approvals.
- **Project Support**: Provide general support to senior architects in tasks such as project coordination, client meetings, and construction site visits.
- **Professional Development**: Stay engaged in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in architecture.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and detailing.
