Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Architect to join our dynamic team in Pune and Nashik. The ideal candidate should have a passion for architecture, a strong design sensibility, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior architects in preparing architectural designs, drawings, and presentations.
  • Support in creating 2D drawings, 3D models, and renders using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
  • Conduct site visits and assist in site documentation and supervision (if required).
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors as required.
  • Assist in preparing BOQs, material selections, and project reports.
  • Ensure designs comply with local by-laws, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office (Revit & Lumion/Enscape knowledge is a plus).
  • Good understanding of design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Ability to work under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Time management and multitasking capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
  • Fresh graduates (0–1 year experience) are welcome to apply.
  • Portfolio submission is mandatory during the interview process.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
