Job Title: Autonomous Cognitive Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Autonomous Cognitive Architect to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent agents capable of autonomous decision-making, tool usage, and multi-step task execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
  • Integrate agents with external tools, APIs, and databases.
  • Develop workflows for autonomous task execution and error handling.
  • Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and memory management.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align agent capabilities with business goals.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed agents in production environments.
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).
  • Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration tools.
  • Experience with API integration, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Understanding of autonomous systems, decision trees, and reinforcement learning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software development. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
