Brief Overview of the Role:

We are developing cutting-edge automated driving systems for global deployment. As part of our team, you will support the development of future ADAS system generations, which will see our vehicles progress to full autonomous driving by 2030.

To achieve this vision, we are working on specific software functionalities developments that aim to create in-house software modules to maximize components reusability and robustness in the future landscape of autonomous driving.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a variety of tasks and work in a multiple-disciplinary team to mentor junior SW engineers and clearly communicate findings through presentations and reporting.
  • Understand requirements and come up with high-level design and decompose them into detailed design.
  • Mentor junior software developers on design patterns, development best practices, and DevOps trade-offs.
  • Create software detailed design and support its implementation in software and API interfaces required from internal teams.
  • Develop complex software to satisfy design objectives.
  • Clearly understand API design for extensibility and portability of software across multiple implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills and liaise with the wider global teams within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A total of 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in application design and development.

Should have worked in a complex automotive project owning the responsibility for low-level design, implementation, and validation.

Experienced in design and development of software solutions in AUTOSAR.

Hands-on experience in programming languages like C/C++.

Knowledge of Agile SW development process.

Hands-on experience in developing systems based on various IPC mechanisms.

Good knowledge of Adaptive AUTOSAR-based Communication and Diagnostic stack.

Experience in Automotive SW middleware platforms.

Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns.

Good understanding of ISO26262.
