Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software development lifecycle, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality in our applications.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of our organization.

  • Validate backend services to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Automate API testing using RestAssured or Playwright for faster regression and continuous validation.
  • Design and document test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on business requirements.
  • Log, track, and manage bugs using JIRA or Azure DevOps and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in API testing, both manual (Postman) and automated (RestAssured, Playwright).
  • Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and other test management tools.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
  • Good knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP methods, and JSON/XML formats.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
