Seeking an accomplished ServiceNow Tester with a strong background in Business Analysis to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing various ServiceNow features, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests. They will also possess a deep understanding of Workday HR and be well-versed in Colleague experience, ensuring seamless employee interactions.

This is a long-term opportunity for remote work from India, with an immediate start requirement.

To be successful, the selected candidate must possess:

  • Extensive ServiceNow Tester experience
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR
  • Colleague experience: In-depth knowledge of employee-facing HR systems, guaranteeing a positive user experience
  • Design and execute comprehensive test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests
  • End-to-end testing: Designing and running test cases for employee processes spanning multiple systems, from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications
  • Expertise in testing data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP), often utilizing ServiceNow's Integration Hub
  • Workflow automation: Proficiency in testing HR workflows that cross both platforms, such as automated onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow
  • Performance testing: Evaluating the performance of integrated systems under various loads, particularly for real-time integrations
  • Regression testing: Conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact
  • Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results
