ServiceNow Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical support, perform routine system maintenance, and deliver exceptional assistance to end-users with ServiceNow-related issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks and system upgrades to ensure the platform remains stable and operational.
  • Provide premium support to end-users, addressing their queries and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Evaluate and enforce all support activities to ensure compliance with IT security policies and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, IT service management (ITSM) principles, and general IT operations. A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required, along with 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations.

A strong problem-solving and customer service skills are necessary for success in this role. Familiarity with IT security policies, Office 365, Azure, help desk processes, applications, networking, and ServiceNow is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is also desired.
