Senior ServiceNow Expert Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to lead, develop, and grow a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience with the last 2-3 years in the role of a ServiceNow practice Leader in an IT services company. They should possess strong industry expertise and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, company and product roadmap.

Our expectations for this position are clear:

  1. Demonstrate industry expertise – deep understanding of the industry, trends, competition, challenges and opportunities.
  2. Have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow eco-system, company and product roadmap, understand various products, platforms and ServiceNow offerings, market trends including other competitor enterprise products.
  3. Have a deep understanding of ServiceNow system integrators eco-system, competitive positioning and market share.
  4. Global leadership is essential, handling responsibility across US, Europe, UK, APAC Regions.
  5. Multiple account management with P&L responsibility is crucial.
  6. Driving client success, high CSS and CSAT, staying updated on business conditions affecting clients, creating innovative insights for customers, and contributing to thought leadership documents are key.
  7. Capability building, including expertise on new product areas and adjacencies, thought leadership on product/process areas, building new solutions, frameworks, points of view, and accelerators, is vital.
  8. Collaboration with sales teams to create proactive client propositions, deliver reactive client propositions, support pre-sales activities, and content creation is required.
  9. Talent planning, acquisition, and deployment, including talent acquisition strategy and plan, working with talent acquisition for fulfillment, determining and deploying the right team with relevant skill set to execute projects.
  10. Employee engagement, mentoring budding & junior talent, identification and grooming of next level leaders.
  11. Financial and operational effectiveness, driving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives.
  12. Excellent communication and networking skills are necessary to manage and influence stakeholders in a global environment.
