Job Title: ServiceNow SPM Developer

Our organization seeks an accomplished ServiceNow developer with a proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to software development tasks, ServiceNow support, and collaboration with process managers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary for success.
  • Proficiency in standard IT technologies and at least 4 years of development experience in ServiceNow is required.
  • Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, testing automation, and delivery of high-quality products to our users.
  • Monitor day-to-day technical tasks to deliver them on time.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Development experience in SPM and related integrations is required.
  • Implementing demand, project, resource, and time management sub-modules is necessary.
  • Strong experience in integration, data source, and transformation maps is required.
  • Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configure ServiceNow workflows and forms, scripts.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities is required.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs is necessary.
  • User management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
