Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to drive our team's success.

  • Implementing Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) with strong expertise is essential.
  • Familiarity with Networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment, and Industrial control systems is required.
  • Understanding of OT network functions and knowledge of the Purdue Model architecture are necessary.
  • Prior experience in implementing OT Visibility, OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow is beneficial.
  • A basic understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations, and Power/Shell scripting is expected.
  • A moderate understanding of Database level architecture and ability to write SQL queries is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions, and represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.

This position involves designing and implementing efficient ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB Data alignment & automated data population, data import, and configuration enhancements.

The successful candidate will possess excellent documentation skills, preparing comprehensive reports on development, configuration, and technical details.
