We are seeking an experienced IT service management consultant to join our team in delivering exceptional services.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and architecting ServiceNow solutions, with expertise in sales order management processes.

The selected individual will work closely with clients to design and implement customized ServiceNow solutions tailored to their specific needs and industry best practices.

This includes requirements gathering, process design, gap analysis, solution implementation, documentation, training, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand and document business requirements and functional needs.
  • Define and design ServiceNow solutions, tailoring them to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Identify gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommending solutions and improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Create user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations.
  • Provide post-implementation support, training, and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform.
  • Articulate the business value of proposed solutions and demonstrate how ServiceNow can improve business operations.
Requirements
  • 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
  • Good understanding of sales order management processes followed in organizations.
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow SOM module as per Organizations SOM process.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of the following modules:
    • ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (Order and Quote management)
    • Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO)
    • Customer Service Management (CSM) module
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security, performance, and compliance.
  • Extensive experience in third-party integration (REST, SOAP, Other methods) Integration Hub and Ebonding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
