SAP SD/SM Expert
This is a high-level position for an experienced SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Service Management (SM) professional. We seek an individual with a proven track record in configuration and process design, who can analyze business requirements and provide solutions within the SAP SD and SM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements to create innovative solutions within SAP SD and SM.
  • Configure and maintain Order-to-Cash processes, Service Orders, Service Contracts, and Warranties.
  • Integrate SD and SM processes with other modules such as MM, FI, PM.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Collaborate with ABAP developers for customizations and enhancements.
  • Support end-user training and documentation.
  • Participate in SAP rollout/implementation projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Business related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP SD and/or SM modules.
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Service Management flows.
  • Experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Certification in SD or SM modules.
  • Knowledge of integration with CRM, CS, or PM modules.
  • Exposure to Service Notifications, Equipment Management, and Installed Base (IBase).
