Job Title: Virtual Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Staffing Coordinator.

This is a long-term contract opportunity that can lead to permanent employment. As a Virtual Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with the virtual staffing team on requisition intake, clarifications, SLAs, and escalations.

You will screen candidates for must-have skills, rate, location, and notice period; run brief skills checks when required. Additionally, you will prepare, QC, and submit resumes in the virtual staffing system; verify documentation and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the virtual staffing team on requisition intake, clarifications, SLAs, and escalations.
  • Screen candidates for must-have skills, rate, location, and notice period; run brief skills checks when required.
  • Prepare, QC, and submit resumes in the virtual staffing system; verify documentation and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end across time zones; confirm panels and logistics.
  • Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports (submittals, interviews, offers, starts).
  • Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times; clear blockers quickly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in staffing operations, virtual staffing coordination, or enterprise recruiting coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with a major virtual staffing system and an applicant tracking system.
  • Strong resume quality control, job description deconstruction, and candidate screening.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; Outlook/Teams/SharePoint expertise.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting IT and engineering roles.
  • Light assessment administration.

KPIs:

  • SLA adherence (submission turnaround, time-to-schedule).
  • Submission quality (return/rejection rate) and audit accuracy.
