Job Description

The MSP Program Specialist plays a pivotal role in the workforce solutions industry, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

This specialist is responsible for managing tasks within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) program, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline workforce management processes and improve program performance.

The MSP Coordinator will oversee various aspects of the program, including audit and compliance, requirement management, quality assurance, staff augmentation, workload spike management, work order management, program oversight, communication, and statement of work management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Preferably experience in MSP coordination within the staffing or workforce solutions industry.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with VMS platforms such as VNDLY is a plus.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Adaptability: High level of adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic work environment.
