Job Title: Nursing Staff

  • Implement patient care plans as per doctor's recommendations; monitor and record vital parameters.
  • Report any symptoms or changes in patient condition to doctors.
  • Ensure patient safety by adhering to infection control protocols and medication administration procedures.

 

  • Document patient care services by charting in-patient records.
  • Maintain continuity of patient care through documentation and communication during shift change.
  • Manage consumables for patients under their care, including accounting and indenting of medicines and supplies.

 

  • Educate patients on medication and self-care during stay and discharge.
  • Collect patients' feedback during discharge.
  • Participate in ongoing continuing education (CNE) programs to update essential knowledge and skills.

 

Requirements:

 

  • BSc Nursing/GNM degree.
  • Minimum one year of experience in the role of nursing.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
