Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional for the Business Development role in India.
The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends. They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess their feasibility.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages of our services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our message and engage our target audience.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring seamless transaction processes and maximizing revenue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.
