Chief Governance Officer
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Chief Governance Officer to oversee all aspects of corporate governance.
As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including SEBI, BSE, and Companies Act provisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven track record of experience in managing listing processes and regulatory filings;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying potential risks related to non-compliance;
- Ability to implement and maintain corporate governance practices;
- Capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with investors and analysts;
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations;
