Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead and expand our presence in the Odisha market. This individual will play a critical role in identifying and securing new business opportunities across facilities management, waste management, and sustainability solutions.

  • Market Strategy Analysis: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to enhance market presence in the Odisha's facilities and waste management sectors.
  • Client Acquisition Relationship Management: Identify potential clients, establish connections, and build strong relationships to secure new contracts.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, including financial analysis, service scope, and project timelines, aligning with client requirements and operational capacities.
  • Partnership Building: Forge and maintain relationships with key industry players, including government entities, corporate clients, and community organizations, to promote our services.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record in facilities management, waste management, or environmental services.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of the Odisha market, with existing connections in the industry.
    • Ability to conduct market analysis, evaluate business opportunities, and develop growth strategies.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
