Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources expert to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

This is a full-time on-site role that requires the incumbent to develop and implement HR policies, handle payroll and benefits administration, and foster a positive work environment. The HR Manager will collaborate with department heads to support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Source, select, and hire top talent to fill various roles within the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture by resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting employee engagement.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation systems to assess employee productivity and growth.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage employee compensation, benefits, and other perks.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and IDS software is an asset.
