Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive, HR who can provide strategic guidance on all aspects of Human Resources. This is an opportunity to shape systems, drive compliance, and rebuild processes in a company that is transforming for long-term sustainability.

  • Support senior leadership in driving organisational change and people initiatives.
  • Take ownership of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws) and employee relations.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs and appraisal systems aligned with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, databases and MIS reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical skills to provide insights on workforce data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business outcomes.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a similar industry.
