Job Title: Site Architect

This position involves overseeing the on-site implementation of architectural designs, ensuring high standards of quality and design are maintained.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the on-site custodian of design, ensuring adherence to architectural drawings, interior layouts, and material specifications.
  • Supervise construction teams to guarantee fidelity to the design intent across civil, architectural, and finishing works.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, track progress, and address any quality or design discrepancies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
  • Proficiency in Construction/Technical skills at Site
  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially in finishing, joinery, and material application
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit (desired), and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills from labor to senior leadership
